By purchasing a commission or ych, you are indicating that you've read Terms of Service and agree with them.

BASIC

• Payment via EasyStaff or Hipolink (works with cards and paypal)
• Payment is required before work begins
• Estimated turnaround: Most commissions are completed within 1 month after full payment. Depending on the complexity of the commission, my current workload, health and schedule, some orders may take longer, but typically no more than 1–2 months. I always do my best to complete commissions as soon as possible and will keep you updated if there are any significant changes to the estimated timeframe.
• If you want the comm to be ready by a certain date, let me know, but if the deadlines are too short, I can ask for an additional payment
• The work is done according to the queue
• No payment plan
• If you want pair art or solo art with someone's character, you need permission from the owner. In some cases, I can ask the owner if you have permission or not
• All Commissions are done DIGITAL and you will receive a High-Resolution PNG File of your order
• I take the right to refuse a Commission, if i dislike the topic/theme/character. If you are unsure about YOUR special desire, just ask if I would do it ;)
• I reserve the right to decide if I want to submit Your commission to my main page or any other site I own
• I can post a WIP of your comm on my pages. If you want your work to remain anonymous until the final version is ready (for example, you order a gift), let me know
• You may post any art made for you to your page, crop it for an icon, and show it off wherever you like- but please remember to give me credit and link back to my page.
• After we agree on the price, the price becomes FIXED. No discounts or changes after the price and payment are approved. There are no refunds due to technical reasons, please keep this in mindThe copyright to the final artwork remains with me. The client retains full ownership of their character.The client is granted a non-commercial license to use the artwork for personal purposes, including uploading the web version to personal galleries, using it as an avatar, and making prints for themselves or as gifts for friends.I reserve the right to display the commissioned artwork in my portfolio, galleries, social media, and both free and commercially sold artbooks, as well as other promotional materials. I will never recolor, resell, or otherwise reuse your commissioned artwork as artwork for another client. Your commission remains unique to you.If you wish to obtain commercial usage rights, please contact me for a quote.

PROCESS

• I reserve the right to interpret your character in my own style. This includes things like tweaking colors a bit and possibly adjusting markings to better fit the art language I use. In no case will I change things so much that the character is unrecognizable, and I will keep specifics like a certain number of spots or stripes the same
• Before the final steps, I will also show you the process for the final edits. After the work is fully completed, minor edits are acceptable
• I accept changes based on things that I have forgotten or missed, like markings or essential accessories. This comes at no extra fee as long as that information was included in the original reference sheet or description
• If the initial sketch was rejected for some reason, and the complete redraw was necessary, I reserve the right to keep the rejected sketch\pose, modify and use it in any way I see fit
• When commission will finished,you will receive a High-Resolution PNG File of your Picture
• If You wish for a different artist to color or otherwise edit a commission made by me, please ask me before and show me the artist You have in mind
